What we do
We deliver care services to the highest standards, this is why we are regularly trusted by growing numbers of local authorities to deliver quality care in their area.
We train all our staff to deliver care that will change with the needs of the client. This means the same staff members can provide social support visits right through to supporting clients needing end of life services, ensuring continuity and stable support at a time when its most needed.
We believe in promoting independence
When you really care for the people you look after, it is quite easy to fall into a routine of undertaking most of their everyday tasks for them or assisting them as far possible, sometimes this is counterproductive and can bring on a rapid deterioration of independence.
It is challenging to promote independence, whilst also caring for people, this requires training and high levels of skill to ensure you are doing enough to help them but also involving them as far possible in daily tasks. This focus slows down regression or in a lot of cases can improve the ability to undertake daily tasks without assistance.
Promoting independence is ingrained in our training and throughout the services we deliver, where there is opportunity to give clients any independence, small or large, we ensure we help them to achieve this.
